MAPLE 

 

Chances are you know maple syrup...the kind from maple trees.  We Vermonters are particular about that distinction.  Can you blame us?   Oh, and it's "sir-up" like stirrup (the thing you put your boot in when you're riding your horse - or those awful leggings from the 80's).  Seer-up?  We don't know what that is.  Don't worry, we won't judge you either way!

 

Our 100% Pure Maple Syrup is made in craft batches at our family sugarhouse in Northern Vermont.  Pristine sap, sustainably harvested from our rolling 18 acre homestead is carefully tended to - the moisture released into the spring air - the sweet stuff bottled up.  The flavor is classic Vermont maple at its very best.

The Willey kids love it on a stack of their grandfather 'Bocka' Willey's pancakes.
